Hillsvale Colony

Located northwest of Cut Knife, Saskatchewan, Hillsvale Colony stands as one of the region's most comprehensive agricultural operations, combining traditional Hutterite farming values with modern livestock and poultry production techniques. Our large farming community operates diverse enterprises including dairy and beef cattle operations, pork production facilities, and extensive egg-laying operations that serve both local and regional markets. We've recently expanded into specialty turkey production with a state-of-the-art turkey barn designed in partnership with Big Dutchman, where we raise birds for both fresh holiday markets—providing Christmas and Thanksgiving turkeys—and year-round processing through our partnership with Sofina. Our commitment to quality livestock management, combined with our strategic location in Saskatchewan's fertile agricultural belt, allows us to maintain the highest standards in animal welfare while meeting the growing demand for wholesome, locally-produced meat, dairy, and poultry products throughout the prairies.
