Push Consulting was born from something deeper than business opportunity. It was built on a rediscovery, a moment of clarity when the profound agricultural legacy running through the founding family's DNA made it undeniable where their true expertise belonged. For over 25 years, Push Consulting has been intricately woven into the fabric of Canadian agriculture, serving the Feed, Seed, Grain, and Food Processing sectors with a level of genuine understanding that only comes from living and breathing this industry across generations.
Meet the Team
David — Owner and Chief Strategy Officer
David's connection to Canadian agriculture runs four generations deep. His great-grandfather forged a new life on the ancestral Lapp family homestead in Saskatchewan, a farm still actively tended by family today. Formative years spent alongside his grandfather at a grain elevator in Manitoba shaped a passion that never left him, leading him to work at a grain elevator in Winnipeg right out of high school. His father and brother followed their own paths into agriculture, each approaching it differently, but with the same unifying thread running through everything they did.
Over more than two decades, David has channeled his rural upbringing and his drive to understand and improve processes into a thriving career as Owner and Chief Strategy Officer at Push Consulting. His ability to seamlessly integrate technology with deep agricultural knowledge has made Push Consulting a trusted strategic partner for businesses operating across the agricultural supply chain.
