Colony Assorted Pulse Mix

Get a ready made variety of pantry staples in one case with the Colony Assorted Pulse Mix from Sunshine Roasting Co., a pre mixed selection of classic dry beans and lentils packed by Sunshine Colony for flexible, everyday cooking. This assortment brings together some of the most useful pulses for soups, stews, salads and batch cooking in a single case, ideal when you want choice without managing separate cases.

Pulses such as lentils, beans and chickpeas are naturally rich in plant based protein and dietary fiber and provide important minerals like iron, potassium and folate while staying low in fat and sodium, which makes them a smart base for hearty, affordable and nutritious meals. With a mix of types in each case, you can rotate recipes more easily and keep weeknight cooking interesting.

Included in the Colony Assorted Pulse Mix case, 500 g bags, 12 bags total,
packed as a balanced assortment of:

• Green Lentils, hold their shape well, great for soups, salads and curries

• Pinto Beans, creamy and versatile for chili, refried beans and Tex Mex style dishes

• Red Kidney Beans, firm and meaty, ideal for stews and slow cooked recipes

• White Beans, mild and creamy, perfect for soups, casseroles and baked dishes

• Chickpeas, also called garbanzo beans, suited to hummus, salads, roasting and curries

The mix is pre curated by the colony, so exact counts per type can vary slightly per case, but each case includes a combination of the listed pulses. This format works well for households, small food service operations and retailers who want an easy, variety focused bulk option.
