Coyote Pancake & Waffle Mix

Start your morning with the trusted taste of Coyote Pancake & Waffle Mix from Rockport Flour Mills. Located at Rockport Colony near Magrath, Alberta, the mill has been producing its signature pancake mix since 1923.

Designed for both pancakes and waffles, Coyote mixes make it easy to prepare a satisfying breakfast for your family, colony kitchen, guests, or community gathering. Choose from classic Original, rich Buttermilk, or wholesome Flaxseed varieties, with convenient package sizes available for everyday use and larger kitchen needs.

The wheat used in Coyote mixes is primarily grown on Rockport Colony’s own Alberta farmland. When additional wheat is required, Rockport works with trusted regional farmers who meet its quality standards. This helps provide consistency, nutrition, and flavour in every batch.

Coyote Pancake & Waffle Mixes proudly carry the 50%+ whole grain stamp from the Whole Grains Council, supporting the recommendation to make at least half of your grain intake whole grain.
