Long Connecting Pin

Float Sun Solutions Long Connecting Pins enable multi-layer stacking of Jet Floats to boost total buoyancy for heavy-load or deep-water applications. The extended length spans multiple float layers, locking them securely together vertically while providing the same unbreakable horizontal shear strength as standard pins. Ideal for building taller platforms with added flotation capacity without compromising stability.

Key Features:

• Extra length for 2+ layer float stacking

• Precision fit through multiple Jet Float alignment holes

• High-strength marine HDPE resists shear, tension, and compression

• UV-stabilized for permanent underwater/marine exposure

• Same drop-in installation as standard pins—no tools needed

• Boosts total platform buoyancy for heavier loads or deeper drafts

Use for high-capacity work barges, heavy equipment docks, deep-water marinas, or industrial platforms requiring maximum flotation. Stack Standard or Low Profile floats vertically for custom buoyancy while Long Pins ensure rigid, unitized construction. Sold individually or bulk packs.

Specifications:

• Extended length: Spans 2+ float layers

• Material: Heavy-duty UV-resistant HDPE

• Diameter: Matches Jet Float pin holes

• Load rating: Commercial multi-layer marine applications
