Picked at peak pickling size, firm skin, crisp flesh, exactly what you want in the jar. Small cucumbers brine better, hold their crunch, and produce a cleaner, more consistent pickle. If you are canning dill pickles this summer, this is the bag you want.

Large Cucumbers, 10lb, $15.00
Past pickling stage and perfect for fresh eating. Bigger, juicier, and ideal for slicing into salads, snacking, or any summer recipe that calls for cucumber. Great value at $15.00 for a full 10lb bag.

• Fresh Garlic, 2 bulbs, $2.00 — Two bulbs is the right amount for a 10lb pickling batch. Grown at Wild Rose Colony, no imports.

• Fresh Dill, pickling portion, $2.00 — Enough fresh dill for a full 10lb batch of pickles. Real dill, cut fresh, not dried. The difference shows up in the jar.
