Raw Honey

Albion Ridge Colony’s Raw Honey is as pure and honest as honey gets. Harvested straight from the hive and handled with meticulous care, this honey is never pasteurized, never processed, and never altered. What comes out of the hive is exactly what goes into the jar, retaining every natural enzyme, antioxidant, pollen, and nutrient that makes raw honey one of nature’s most remarkable foods.

The Colony’s bees are kept near the herb garden and open pasture, a deliberate choice that matters deeply. Albion Ridge does not keep their bees near canola fields because neonicotinoids, the pesticides commonly used on canola crops, are harmful to bees. Healthier bees, cleaner foraging, and a purer end product. It is a small decision that reflects the Colony’s broader commitment to doing things the right way.

With a moisture content of less than 18%, this honey delivers a sublime, thick texture and exceptional purity that sets it apart from commercial honey on every grocery store shelf.
