Rock Dam for MacDon Headers

MacDon headers are workhorses across Prairie cereal, oilseed, and pulse operations, and the last thing any operator wants is a field rock finding its way into the feeder house mid-harvest. The damage is expensive, the downtime is disruptive, and it always seems to happen at the worst possible moment. The Rock Dam for MacDon Headers is built to make sure that does not happen.

Manufactured by Trueline MFG and available through Leedale Colony on Hutterite Marketplace, this rock guard is designed to fit all MacDon header models, giving any operation running MacDon equipment a straightforward, bolt-on solution for combine rock protection. It mounts directly to your header with no drilling required, integrates cleanly with your existing setup, and is engineered to keep crop feeding smooth and uninterrupted from the first swath to the last.

Trueline MFG specifically recommends this unit for cereal crop harvesting, where rock exposure is highest and the cost of feeder house damage is most acute. A Trueline MFG installation video walks your team through the full process, making first-time setup simple even for operators new to the product.

Whether you run wheat, barley, oats, or other cereals across rocky Prairie ground, this rock guard is a straightforward investment in protecting your equipment and keeping your harvest schedule intact.

Understanding Your Order:

The Rock Dam for MacDon Headers is sold as a single unit, per header. One unit fits one MacDon header. Orders are fulfilled directly through Leedale Colony. This product is confirmed to fit all MacDon header models, so no model-year verification is required before ordering, however buyers are encouraged to review the installation video prior to receiving the unit so their crew is prepared for setup. Contact Leedale Colony through the Hutterite Marketplace messaging system for availability updates and lead times, particularly during peak pre-harvest ordering periods.
