Salted Butter

Albion Ridge Colony’s Salted Butter is colony dairy craftsmanship in its purest form. Made exclusively from 100% cream, slow pasteurized to preserve the natural complexity and richness of the milk, and finished with just the right amount of salt to enhance and elevate every application it touches.

Slow pasteurization sets this butter apart from the grocery store block. The gentle heat treatment preserves the cream’s natural flavour depth and delicate nuance, resulting in a luxuriously creamy consistency and a rich, full-bodied taste that mass-produced butter simply cannot deliver. The salt is balanced carefully, enough to enhance the natural sweetness of the cream and make every bite more satisfying, without ever overpowering the quality underneath.

A 400g block that earns its place on every table, in every kitchen, and at every meal.
