Small Green Lentils (CDC Jimini CL)

Deerfield Colony grows CDC Jimini CL small green lentils, a high-quality Canadian pulse variety known for its uniform small size, firm texture, and excellent cooking performance. These lentils hold their shape beautifully in soups, stews, salads, curries, and dal, making them ideal for both everyday meals and restaurant service.

Grown on prairie soils with Hutterite farming standards, they offer clean sorting, consistent moisture content, and natural earthy flavor without additives. The small size cooks quickly while maintaining distinct lentils that won’t turn mushy. Excellent source of plant-based protein, fiber, and iron. Available in bulk bags for home cooks, food processors, and institutional buyers seeking farm-direct quality and value.
