About this service
Your dog deserves more than a flimsy plastic kennel that cracks in the cold and bakes in the heat. Tschetter Colony builds handcrafted wooden dog shelters designed to provide real warmth, real protection, and real durability through every Alberta season.
Each shelter is constructed from quality wood with sturdy, practical craftsmanship built for long-term use. Insulation options are available to keep your dog comfortable through the coldest winters, while ventilation features ensure airflow and comfort during warm months. These are easy-to-maintain structures, built solid from day one and designed to stay that way.
Available for dogs of all sizes, every dog shelter can be built to suit your specific animal and your property. Whether it is a single working dog on a farm, a kennel operation, or a family pet that spends time outdoors, Tschetter Colony builds a shelter that fits.
