Materials

All in One works with three primary retaining wall materials, selected based on the structural requirement, the aesthetic of the property, and the site conditions:

Engineered Block
The most versatile and widely used retaining wall system for residential and commercial applications. Engineered block systems are designed for structural performance, available in a wide range of profiles and colours, and built to handle the lateral pressure and frost movement that Alberta soils produce. Ideal for tiered garden walls, grade management in new developments, and large-scale commercial site work.

Natural Stone
For properties where the character of the wall matters as much as its function. Natural stone retaining walls bring a timeless, organic quality to residential landscapes, acreage properties, and premium commercial environments. All in One selects and installs natural stone with the same structural rigour as engineered systems, because a beautiful wall that fails in year three is not a wall.

Concrete
Structural concrete retaining walls for heavy-load applications, commercial sites, and situations where engineered block or stone are not suited to the site conditions. All in One’s concrete division handles the pour directly, integrating retaining wall construction into the broader concrete scope when the project calls for it.
