How does the inquiry system work?
For any product or service, use the “Inquire Now” button to send questions directly to the colony. Ask about pricing, availability, custom orders, or delivery, colonies respond through your account dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept credit card payments via Stripe and e‑Transfer. Stripe charges a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, which is included when you pay by card. There are no additional fees charged by the colonies themselves for any payment method.
What about delivery and pickup?
Delivery:
Perishables: Local marketplace delivery starting at $12.50 (fixed rate). Large orders, wholesale, or heavy items may incur additional charges based on weight and size.
Non-Perishables: Carrier shipping (Canada Post, couriers). After checkout, we’ll provide an exact shipping quote based on weight/size—no markup, carrier rates passed directly.
Pickup:
Colony farm gate pickup available from the Hutterite colony directly.
Pickup points for select products (Calgary areas, Airdrie, Red Deer drops)—must be mentioned in product description. Select “Pickup” at checkout only if confirmed in description; we’ll provide exact location/date after order confirmation.
Can I place wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! Businesses can submit bulk requirements via the Wholesale Program. Share your needs, and verified colonies will respond with direct quotes, no brokers involved.
Are products fresh/quality guaranteed?
All items come directly from Hutterite colonies known for farm-fresh produce, handmade goods, and skilled services. Review colony profiles and ratings; contact us for any issues.

Visit Become a Vendor page to register your colony. We’ll review your application, connect directly for proper onboarding, and set up your free profile. Our team will help upload products/services and provide dashboard access to manage inquiries and orders.

We match your offerings with colony purchasing needs via Hutterite Buyers Portal and Hutterite Classified Listings. You cannot sell directly on this marketplace, but we’ll connect you to get deals done. We take a reasonable percentage fee from successful deals to maintain operations.
